SPIDoc
SPIDoc is the association of Doctoral Students in Physics and Engineering in Bordeaux.
This association was created in April 2014, and its aim is to organize cultural, scientific, sportive and festive events, in order to develop cohesion and communication between doctoral students at the Doctoral School of Physics and Engineering (ED SPI) Bordeaux.
The association’s economic activity consists solely in spending to organize such events.
Events that have already been organized:
- Barbecue evening
- Badminton tournament
- Skiing week-end
- Fencing for beginners
- Pétanque tournament, etc.

AquiDoc
AquiDoc is a multidisciplinary association whose aim is to promote the career progression of young researchers (doctoral students and those with a PhD) in the non-academic sector. To this end, it provides all young researchers in Aquitaine with information, advice and recruitment preparation workshops, especially by organizing the annual AquiDoc forum.

Bordeaux Optics Student Chapter
Bordeaux Optics Student Chapter (BOSC) is an association whose aim is to communicate on the subject of optics and photonics through scientific events (Afterlabs, company visits, presentation of experiments, conferences, etc.). The association is supported by the American learned societies SPIE and OSA, which provide both financial support and access to their global network.

IEEE Bordeaux
The IEEE Bordeaux association is the student branch of the IEEE international scientific society. It organizes conferences based on the scientific fields of electronics, bringing industrialists and researchers together. The aim of the association is to improve the visibility of the research carried out on the Bordeaux campus, both at national and international levels.
